Myla's Easter Dress

Wow, to say we've been in a blogging slump is an understatement! :) Well, here we go again. This is Myla's Easter dress I made this year. It felt so good to get my sewing machine out. It was like seeing a long lost friend. I love, love, love this fabric. I've been holding onto it for a while. It's Joel Dewberry Heirloom. I just love the orange and minty-aqua colors. The pattern is from Violette Field Threads, the Emmaline. It was a really good pattern, easy to follow. Happy Easter!!

Christie! I love it!! The fabric is so perfectly you and the dress looks darling on Myla! Isn't it such an easy pattern? With spring here and summer fast approaching, I think I will be making a few more. I wish I would have added the last ruffle to the dress. I thought it would be too much but now I think it is missing somthing...you did a fantastic job!
